Foam parts

SEE and LCC can supply foam parts and plates from various base elastomers: silicone, EPDM, polychloroprene, etc.

We can supply plates with a thickness from 2 mm to more than 50 mm with various complexes:

• Adhesive face
• Fabric reinforced face
• Face with fabric grain appearance

We can also provide finished parts in foam, either by bonding (joints, frames, cylinder coatings) or directly by moulding.

Our foams are tested to ensure they fully comply with our customers’ specifications or ISO standards. Most of our silicone foams meet the fire resistance requirements of the FAR 25 and the ATS 1000 of Airbus. The applications are very diverse and include:

• Thermal protection
• Low density parts
• Fire protection
• Sound insulation
• Sealing and seal wear adjustment
