Rubber metal parts

Certain parts require metal or composite (epoxy, glass, etc.) inserts.

As for moulded parts, the definition of the quantities to produce and the nature of the material determine the size of the tooling and the choice of the production method: compression, injection and transfer.

The inserts may be supplied by the client or we can take care of both their definition and supply.

The moulding of rubber parts with inserts means that the production process has to be correctly mastered, in particular the adherisation treatment before vulcanisation.

The operational lifetime of the adherised parts depends on the proper control of the process.
